Jacob E. Moses

Mr. Moses is a litigation associate with the firm focusing on the investigation of first party claims and litigation arising from first party and third party coverage disputes.

Mr. Moses was born and raised in Cleveland, Tennessee. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Tennessee in 2020. While attending undergrad, he interned with the American Land Title Association in Washington, D.C., and worked in civil litigation firms in the Knoxville and Chattanooga areas.

Thereafter, he graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2023. During his time in law school, Mr. Moses served as a research editor of the Tennessee Journal of Leadership, Law, and Policy and co-authored a case study analyzing a highly publicized Chapter 11 reorganization that was published in the Legal Scholarship Repository at the College of Law. He also received the CALIĀ® Excellence for the Future Award for his achievement in the study of insurance law.

Mr. Moses is a member of the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations. In his free time, he enjoys attending sporting events, concerts, fishing, and traveling.
