PRACTICE FOCUS
Dianne M. Schwartz, a member of the firm, has over eleven years
of trial experience and focuses on the representation of insurance
companies and insureds. She practices in general civil litigation
with emphasis in the areas of automobile liability, uninsured motorist,
products liability, premises liability, first party coverage disputes,
and professional liability. Ms. Schwartz began her insurance litigation
career in Florida where she practiced for 7 1⁄2 years. In
1999, Ms. Schwartz returned to her home of Nashville, Tennessee
where she has continued to represent insurance companies and insureds.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Born Brooklyn, New York, November 9, 1965; admitted to Florida
Bar, 1992; admitted to Tennessee Bar, 1999, U.S. District Court,
Middle District of Tennessee, U.S. District Court, Western District
of Tennessee.
