Jason A. Lee concentrates his practice in the areas of premises liability law, product liability law, insurance litigation, workers’ compensation law and construction law. He has experience in defending cases involving food borne illness, construction defects, insurance coverage issues, tort defense, workers’ compensation as well as other aspects of defense litigation.

Mr. Lee presents seminars on premises liability including an annual seminar on premises liability for the Greater Nashville Apartment Association.
