Jason A. Lee, a member of the firm, concentrates his practice in the areas of premises liability law, general liability litigation, business dispute litigation, construction law and workers’ compensation law. He has experience defending cases involving food borne illness, construction defects, business disputes, contract disputes, general liability tort defense, workers’ compensation as well as other aspects of defense litigation.
Mr. Lee has handled numerous trials and mediations in Tennessee and other jurisdictions. He practices in all Tennessee State Courts as well as in Federal Courts inside and outside of Tennessee. Mr. Lee also provides seminars on various topics within his practice area. He also advises clients on how to avoid litigation and to resolve disputes before they rise to the level of a lawsuit.
