PRACTICE FOCUS
Kent E. Krause, a member of the firm, represents insurance carriers
and their insureds, businesses whose claims are administered by
third party administrators, and large self-insureds. He primarily
focuses on products liability, workers’ compensation, governmental
tort liability, construction defect, professional liability and
general liability defense matters.
Mr. Krause’s practice involves numerous matters of complex
litigation including products liability and officers and directors
liability cases. He has been involved in asbestos and mass tort
litigation for over twenty years.
Mr. Krause has also acted as one of the lead counsel in a class
action representing over 3,000 individuals against the State of
Tennessee ensuring the rights of mentally retarded children and
adults under Tennessee Medicaid Waiver programs.

Mr. Krause
has lectured both attorneys for Continuing Legal Education and
claim representatives on numerous occasions regarding topics
related to his practice focus.
