PRACTICE FOCUS
Bryan Brooks, a member of the firm, focuses his defense practice
on the representation of insurance companies and their insureds.
He handles many cases in the areas of Dram Shop liability, construction
disputes, product liability, personal injury and uninsured/underinsured
motorist coverage. Mr. Brooks also handles first party coverage
disputes and regularly provides advice to insurance carriers and
their insureds regarding coverage issues.

to bar, 1980, Tennessee; 1984, U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit;
U.S. District Court, Middle District of Tennessee, U.S. District
Court, Eastern District of Tennessee.
