Will Lipsey

Mr. Lipsey concentrates his practice on the representation of insurance companies and their insureds. His practice emphasizes first and third-party insurance coverage matters, insurance defense and premises liability. Mr. Lipsey also counsels insurance companies on claims handling practices.

Mr. Lipsey graduated from The University of Tennessee (B.S. Logistics, 2012) and earned his law degree from The University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, (J.D., 2017). He has been admitted to the following courts: Tennessee, 2017; U.S. District Court, Middle District of Tennessee, 2017.

Mr. Lipsey is a member of the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations. Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Lipsey was a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable James F. Russell, Division II, Shelby County Circuit Court, 31st Judicial District; and also clerked for the Honorable Felicia Corbin-Johnson, Division I, Shelby County Circuit Court, 31st Judicial District.

Mr. Lipsey grew up in Franklin, Tennessee, and went to Brentwood High School. He is a member of First Presbyterian Church.
